Dilution: Heavy scale: 1:1 (equal parts water and acid → 10%) Normal scale: 1:3 (1 part acid, 3 parts water → ~5%) Instructions: Mix solution in a container, Apply to the scaled surface or fill the appliance, Let sit 10–30 minutes, Scrub lightly if needed, Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
